INVESTIGATION by NAIJA STANDARD Newspaper\nOsula sensing out\nhis punishment recently after sending emails to staff at the House of\nCommons claiming he would stab civil servants, he ran down\npedestrians in the street. A\nwarrant for his arrest has now been issued after he brazenly walked\nout of a hearing at Westminster Magistrates&#8217; Court this morning.\n<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Osula left the building\nshortly after district judge Richard Blake had risen to consider the\nsentence, taking advantage of the break in proceedings. A previous\nhearing was told Osula, who holds both an Irish and Nigerian\nnationality, sent the threatening emails because staff at HM Revenue\nand Customs had refused to return his passport after he had applied\nfor tax credits.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Osula claimed he was being\n&#8216;kept prisoner&#8217; in the UK and needed it to travel to Ireland for a\nlegal case. He threatened to &#8216;steal a car and smash as many people as\nI can&#8217;, City of London Magistrates&#8217; Court heard previously. Osula\nalso said he would &#8216;get a knife and go through the security at the\nHMRC building until I get the last one.&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>He previously had a\n\u00a31.6million lawsuit thrown out of the High Court in Belfast last\nyear after he made unfounded assertions that Irish Taoiseach Leo\nVaradkar had plotted to murder him.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Osula,\nof Dagenham, east London, was found guilty of four counts of sending\na threatening communication after a trial last month.&nbsp;Prosecutor\nSophie Akister said Osula sent his emails to four different\ndepartments in Parliament. Ms\nAkister said a committee support assistant for the treasury\ncommittee, Nicholas Berry, received an emails in which Osula\nthreatened to &#8216;get a knife and go through the security at the HMRC\nbuilding until I get the last one.&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The email continued, &#8216;I\nwill jump in a car and run everyone over until I get killed. I will\nspill blood over your country. &#8216;HMRC must return my passport or I\nwill spill blood.&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ian Bradshaw, the second\nclerk for the public accounts committee, received threats saying:\n&#8216;The HMRC is refusing to return my passport. I have a court hearing\nto attend in Ireland.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8216;Now I am tempted to steal\na car and smash as many people as I can so you do not treat visitors\non the UK as a piece of s*** anymore<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8216;Tomorrow I will contact\nthe EU Commission so that my actions can be distinguished from a\nterrorist<\/strong> act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8216;Take note, I am not\nwilling to live here so return my passport and I will walk away and\nnever return to this hell.&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Susan Rowe, an inquiries\nofficer for the House of Lords, said in a written statement she\nreceived an email which said: &#8216;Sir\/Madam, since no one is willing to\nreturn my passport I will be forced to enter the street with a knife.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8216;I cannot be imprisoned in\nthe UK because I am a European &#8211;
