HE’S\nA SHAME TO MEDICAL PRACTICE. HE’S BROUGH OPPORIBRIUM TO HIS FAMILY,\nCAREER AND AFRICA’S MOST POPULOUS BLACK NATION IN THE WORLD. DR.\nKENNETH ONUOHA, an\nEast Lansing doctor has been charged with sexually assaulting a\nfemale patient in Michigan, United States of America. <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr.\nKenneth Onuoha was charged some months ago when the Ingham County\nProsecutor’s office filed two counts of 2nd Degree Criminal Sexual\nConduct and one count of Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual\nContact. Dr. Onuoha was arraigned and ordered held without bond in\n54-B District Court. Judge Richard Ball also ordered him to surrender\nhis Nigerian passport. Preliminary\ntests was slated for another time. <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

State\nrecords from the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs\nshowed Dr. Onuoha was previously punished for violating the state’s\npublic health code. A woman identified as “L.S.” in an\nadministrative complaint filed by then-Attorney General Bill Schuette\nclaims Onuoha first assaulted her at Family Care Practice in East\nLansing on February 17, 2016. She told investigators Dr. Onuoha asked\nher if she’d even been checked for cancer, had her remove her shirt\nand bra and then performed an exam she described as “aggressive.”\n<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“L.S.”\nsays the second assault happened on January 17, 2017 when she saw Dr.\nOnuoha for a possible lower back injury. She claims he asked her to\nstand then suddenly pulled her pants and underwear down “without\nwarning or explanation.”\n<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\naccuser says she reported the incident to Family Care Practice’s\noffice manager and refused to see<\/strong>\nDr.\nOnuoha again. The administrative complaint says the office manager,\nreceptionist, medical assistant and another physician at the practice\nmet with Onuoha to discuss the allegations.<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nadministrative complaint was investigated by the Board of Osteopathic\nMedicine’s Disciplinary Subcommittee. It determined the allegations\nwere true and that Dr. Onuoha violated the state public health code.\nHe was placed on probation and ordered to take 5 credit hours of\ncontinuing education courses on communication and osteopathic patient\nexaminations. He was also ordered to pay a $1,500 fine. Records from\nthe Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs show Dr.\nOnuoha was placed on probation thereafter and found to have completed\nthe terms of his probation 4 days later.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
