96 HOURS after America\u2019s 16 GPS-guided precision munitions were deployed using MQ-9 Reaper unmanned aerial platforms, successfully hitting the targeted ISIS elements in Sokoto State in a bid to penetrate Nigeria from the Sahel corridor, the world is at a shock why the bodies, names, video evidence of the terrorists killed in the combat operation are not still forthcoming, or released officially from the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the United States government. Latest intelligence reports sighted confirmed major bandits\u2019 leaders, commanders and their armorers have concluded plan to exit Nigeria into Niger Republic and Cameroon. \u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It was gathered that Turji Bello, the most wanted bandits\u2019 kingpin in Nigeria who ran through the bush from Zamfara State into Kebbi State hiding had used his Elon Musk\u2019s satellite space phone to communicate (to avoid any trace) in Hausa language and reached out 96 hours to United States attack in Sokoto State to six Commanders of \u00a0Lakurawa <\/em>terror group, namely: Abu Khadijah, Abdurrahman, Dadi Gumba (also known as Abu Muhammed), Usman Shehu, Idris Taklakse and Ibrahim Suyeka.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Turji informed them of the leaked, credible, intelligence reports he received of an impending danger ahead that would eliminate them (the militants) in their strongholds inside Sokoto State. He told them to leave the state same night. But to avoid any suspicion or alarm raised, these 6 terror commanders under the cover of darkness evacuated their base two days after (which was 24 hours to the United States attack).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

They left behind only one commander to oversee other militants and be ready to counterattack should any incoming attack occur. The commander\u2019s name was Ba Sulh who was obliterated in company of ten other terrorists on the ground as at the time of the United States attack in Sokoto State. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Sources in Lakurawa terror camp said Sulh was happy to have been left behind, as he saw it as a sacrifice he and other militants had to pay, should in case they die to become \u2018martyrs\u2019 fighting for the terrorists\u2019 group.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Further investigation revealed that Turji was able to access the incoming United States attack on Lakurawa terrorists\u2019 in Sokoto State through the Elon Musk\u2019s space satellite phone loaded with many security codes and three politicians (names withheld) who had an informant inside the Central Commanding center of the combat operation in Nigeria. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

As such, the America\u2019s MQ-9 Reaper unmanned aerial platforms successfully struck the former strongholds of Lakurawa terrorists where they were earlier before, while the casualty were Sulh and a few others on ground to counter the offensive attack but died in the process. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Presently in the camp of Turji inside Kebbi State are the six Lakurawa terrorists, members of the Islamic State’s Sahel Province (ISSP), a prominent jihadist group operating in the Sahel region of Africa-al- Qa`ida affiliate, and Jama’at Nusrat al-Islam wal-Muslimin (JNIM), including their armorers and fighters embarking on a tight-lip plans to escape the country for the unbearable heats been received by them due to the overwhelming pressures from the Donald Trump administration. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Washington livid, fuming, unhappy over the unexpected outcome of its inside attack in Sokoto State, Pete Hegseth, the United States Secretary of War had given a marching order to America\u2019s Green Berets; Special Forces inside Northeast Nigeria to \u201cNeutralize and video record bodies of militants obliterated as evidence\u201d, in its combat operations.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAfter taking a holistic appraisal at the military operations in Sokoto State, Pete Hegseth was obviously livid and unhappy with the outcome. He had wondered aloud why and how the U.S mission could have failed. He hit his table two times in anger and said he knew the only mission that would have failed was when there was a leakage. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHe picked his satellite phone and ordered the current Commander of U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM), U.S. Air Force General Dagvin R.M. Anderson to ensure 100 percent military attack secrecy going forward in Nigeria. He said all military attacks continuing in Northeast Nigeria to other parts of the country must be done to neutralize and video record bodies of militants killed as evidence in its combat operations,\u201d added a top security aide in The Pentagon.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Leading the financial support and funding logistics of escape for these terror groups are two individuals with strong links to Sokoto State, Nurudeen Gani Aliyu and Ladan Ibrahim. These men are stinkingly rich terrorists\u2019 financiers with track records of providing welfare, safe houses, armory acquisition and lavish lifestyles for bandits. They are the twin faces ready to facilitate escape routes for the bandits who have turned Nigeria into a terror nation. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

With effective supports already coming in from splinter groups of Boko Haram and ISWAP on the ground in Niger Republic and Cameroon, Turji holds the belief that it would be much easier for them (the bandits) to flee Nigeria much easily.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Porous and Extensive Borders: The shared borders between Nigeria and Niger are extensive and largely unguarded, making it easy for non-state actors to cross undetected by security forces.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Unarmed Migration: Terrorist fighters often migrate in groups without their weapons to evade security checks at official crossings. Their weapons are then smuggled separately, often in other vehicles, to their destination upon arrival.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Cattle Routes\/Smuggling Networks: Firearms and personnel are transported through unofficial, informal routes, including ancient cattle and smuggling paths, that connect Niger, Nigeria, Benin, and Libya.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Local Complicity and Integration: In some cases, locals initially welcomed new arrivals whom they believed had good intentions, allowing them to settle and blend in, which helped them establish a foothold and evade authorities for a period.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Exploitation of Ungoverned Spaces: Terrorist organizations exploit sparsely populated regions where government services and security presence are minimal or weak, allowing them to operate with less scrutiny.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Regional Discord: Political and security instability and a lack of fully coordinated regional effort can create gaps that terrorists exploit to move between countries.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Porous and remote borders: The border region, particularly in Cameroon’s Far North and Nigeria’s Borno state, features remote communities, mountains, and dense vegetation which allows for undetected movement. The vast and difficult terrain makes effective surveillance and control challenging for security forces.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Fleeing military operations: When faced with intensive military operations, counter-insurgency efforts, or local self-defense groups (vigilantes), terrorists often retreat across the border into Cameroon or Chad to evade capture.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Blending with displaced populations: Thousands of civilians have fled the violence into Cameroon, and terrorists often blend in with these genuine refugees to cross the border and evade detection.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Using natural geography: The shrinking Lake Chad basin and its archipelagic geography create transit corridors for movement between Nigeria and its neighbors. Terrorists have been known to use vehicles or even walk for hours through wilderness, over hills and valleys, to reach the border undetected.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Exploiting community ties and local tensions: Terrorists sometimes disguise themselves as local people, such as Fulani herdsmen, to move into new areas. Additionally, some individuals or groups may offer them refuge (sometimes under duress), or political complexities and local conflicts over resources can create environments conducive to their clandestine movement.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Lack of effective cross-border coordination: Despite agreements for joint monitoring and the operation of the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF), historical issues with information sharing and coordination between national militaries have sometimes hindered efforts to consistently secure the entire border area. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

*Authorities from both Cameroon and Nigeria are working to enhance cooperation and secure their shared border to prevent these movements.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
