Barack Obama, former President of the United States, has faulted the alleged lopsided and biased immigration crackdown of opposition political figures in the country, saying when the tide turns after Democrats eventually take over the reins of power, \u201cthe hunter now will become the hunted by then\u201d, and no one in the Trump family orbit or cabinet will left off the hook of painstaking investigations bothering on immigration.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Border czar Tom Homan said Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., could be denaturalized and deported if investigators found out that she committed immigration fraud, repeating his assertion that no one is above the law after her home was raided and cellphone seized.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

“Of course, if you lie during the naturalization process, there is a process to denaturalize somebody. We’ve done it before… And certainly, if the evidence points that way, that could happen,” Homan told “The Big Weekend Show” on Saturday.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Omar is under federal investigation over allegations that she or her father lied about her birth year on immigration paperwork to obtain her citizenship when her family fled Somalia in the late 1990s.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Her father became a U.S. citizen in 2000. Omar was believed to be 17 at the time, and, as a minor, automatically qualified for citizenship under U.S. law along with him. Asked whether the federal government has reason to investigate any type of wrongdoing beyond immigration fraud, Homan said he wouldn’t go there.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

“That’s a question for the FBI. I know things, but that’s the question for FBI,” he said.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
