Naija Standard<\/i><\/b> learnt that Maina fearing that his life may be in danger due to his alleged reckless lifestyle ensured he spends the sum of N8m every two weeks for personal security to stay alive and ward off any invader or stranger who may want to attack him.<\/p>\n
Untold money laundering activities overseas exposed<\/b><\/p>\n
Since he was appointed to his present position, <\/b>Naija Standard<\/i><\/b> gathered that Maina had allegedly used various fronts to \u2018wire\u2019 pension funds abroad in the knowledge of few bank branch managers to beat the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) rules on money laundering activities.<\/p>\n

This obviously worried Federal Civil Service chief had been discovered to have been involved in alleged illegal oil bunkering shady deals with some ex-militants in the Niger-Delta area of Nigeria.
