\"aisha-real-4-final\"<\/a>IN A swift reaction to counter and ‘water-down’ the argument made by his wife, Nigeria’s First Lady, Aisha Buhari, Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari on a state visit to Germany dismissed Aisha’s political relevance, laughed and queried the political party the wife belongs by asking: \u201c<\/span>I don\u2019t know which party my wife belongs to, but she belongs to my kitchen and my living room and the other room.\u201d<\/span><\/em> <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

President Muhammadu Buhari, Friday, responded to his wife, Aisha Buhari`s interview which raised salient queries about his leadership style. Buhari who is on a state visit to Germany reacted to the interview during a joint press briefing with German Chancellor Angela Merkel.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The AP news agency says President Buhari laughed it off and said: \u201c<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>I don\u2019t know which party my wife belongs to, but she belongs to my kitchen and my living room and the other room.\u201d<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Mr Buhari further said that he has much more political experience than his wife. His words:<\/b><\/span><\/span>\u201c<\/b><\/span><\/span>So I claim superior knowledge over her and the rest of the opposition, because in the end I have succeeded.
