Suggested topics include censorship issues, crackdowns on media outlets and attacks against journalists, etc.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 This competition is open to all cartoonists from all over the world. Participants must be aged 18 and over.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Each participant can contribute only one cartoon to the competition.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Any text written on the cartoon should be translated into English or Arabic.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cartoons can be either black and white or in colour.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Only original work will be accepted.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 All submissions must include the name, email address, telephone number and a brief biography of the cartoonist. \u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Only still cartoons will be accepted.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><i>\u00a0<\/i><i>The image<em> should be in .png. gif. Jpg or . jpeg formats only and the minimum size is 3 MB.<\/em><\/i><\/p>\n<p><em>10.\u00a0\u00a0 DCMF reserves the right to reuse the received work at various platforms.
