EMEKA\nOKONKWO, known in mo<\/strong>s<\/strong>t\ncircles as E-Money is in the news presently in Nigeria for allegedly\nusing fully armed Nigeria Policemen as domestic servants. The\nChairman, Five Star Group has left police custody after six hours of\ninterrogation. <\/strong>E-Money\narrived at the Police Headquarters Annex, Kam Salem, Obalende, Ikoyi,\naround 1pm in a wine-coloured suit. <\/strong>He\nwas subsequently grilled for about six hours by the Inspector-General\nof Police, Monitoring Department. <\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A\ntop source said, \u201cE-Money visited the Force HQ annex today and met\nwith police detectives and was grilled for about six hours. He came\nalong with two others and responded to many questions. Somebody took\nhis bail and he was allowed to leave and return on Wednesday for more\nquestioning.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nIG, Mohammed Adamu, had placed E-Money under investigation over his\nflamboyant lifestyle and alleged flagrant abuse of police escorts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Okonkwo,\nwho is the brother to musician, Kingsley Okonkwo a.k.a K-Cee, was\nsaid to have drawn the ire of the police boss for allegedly using\npolicemen like domestic servants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An\norder, it was learnt, was immediately handed to the Lagos State\nPolice Command to withdraw the six policemen attached to E-Money.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nLagos State Police Command has confirmed withdrawing the six\npolicemen attached to the Chairman, Five Star Group, Emeka Okonkwo\naka E-Money.<\/strong>\n<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nPolice Public Relations Officer, Bala Elkana reportedly said this<\/strong>\nin the media.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

He\nsaid, \u201cI can confirm that E-Money\u2019s policemen have been\nwithdrawn. We were ordered to do so and the directive has been\ncomplied with. I do not know the reason for the order at this time.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nPUNCH <\/em>had\nexclusively reported that E-Money had become the subject of a police\ninvestigation for his flamboyant lifestyle and alleged misuse of\norderlies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
