\u00a0<\/b>JULIUS<\/b> Akindele, Assistant General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), a deputy to Pastor Eunuch Adejare Adeboye, the General Overseer turns 70 years today, but his obvious youthful look did not match his age, as \u2018God as renewed his age like an Eagle\u2019, thereby making him agile, vibrant and full of strength.<\/p>\n
Coinciding with \u2018Father\u2019s Day\u2019 celebration week, several pastors of RCCG and other Christian believers in Texas were happy and eager to receive a touch of God\u2019s anointing from this great man of God married to the eldest daughter of the founder of RCCG.<\/p>\n
Nigerian Pastors Honor him in Grand Style<\/b><\/p>\n
Akindele, Naija Standard<\/i> <\/b>observed that so humble like Adeboye, assumes no-air around him, but wears the Christ-like simplicity with every <\/b>of his words punctuated with \u201cIt is well with you\u201d.<\/b><\/p>\n
Nigerian ordained minister of the gospel and men of God were led by the likes of Pastors Raphael Adebayo, RCCG Winners Assembly, Dallas, Texas, Benjamin Raji and others. The host was Deacon Samuel and Christy Ogbeide, in whose house Akindele prophesied that \u2018The Ark of the Lord will not Depart forever\u2019; and Pastor Daniel, a vibrant teacher of the word in charge of RCCG Fountain of Joy in Dallas.<\/p>\n
He was never at a time tired of praying as he prayed with all his heart for everyone under his presence in calmness; yet steadily preaching the word of God.<\/p>\n
Highpoint of the event<\/b><\/p>\n
The very highpoint was before his birthday cake-cut, ably assisted by his wife when he prayed for a landmark success so outstanding in the 17th<\/sup> RCCG North American Convention, that God should keep empowering Adeboye as God has always done. He prayed for the poor and the needy.<\/p>\nAll the invitees and everyone who were around to witness the presence of God were blessed, and were finally treated to sumptuous meals, good delicacies and recipes.<\/p>\n
Profile of Akindele<\/b><\/p>\n
Akindele<\/b> in charge of Administration and Personnel joined the\u00a0Redeemed Christian Church of God\u00a0in 1962; he\u00a0was born again in 1962.As a worker\u00a0he\u00a0served as a chorister, Sunday School Teacher and private secretary to the founder and late General Superintendent of theMissions.<\/p>\n
Finally Ordained Pastor<\/b><\/p>\n
This versatile and godly man\u00a0was ordained full pastor in 1981.At various times\u00a0he\u00a0served as National Treasurer,\u00a0Secretary\u00a0to the General Overseer and Director of\u00a0Missions.In 1983,\u00a0he became a National Elder teaching doctrines in Ondo, Edo and Delta as well as being coordinator of\u00a0Ogun, Oyo and Osun States.
