ONE of Nigeria’s own music star, DAVID ADEDEJI ADELEKE, a.k.a. DAVIDO, born in Atlanta to Nigerian parents is giving a new hope, lease of life to orphans and less privilege across Africa’s most populous black nation as he commenced the process of disbursing the N200m money he raised from friends and fans including his personal N50million (totaling N250million), which he donated to charity.

 

To ensure full transparency and avoid fraud, Davido had set up a five-member committee to oversee the process, which he personally supervise. He maintained that only government approved orphanages will be qualified to register between Monday, November 29 and Thursday, December 2, 2021.
