DIEAZANI ALISON-MADUEKE, embattled first female President of Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) is in tears presently, as a result of her arrest, humiliation, opprobrium and attendant shame carried out during a sting operation by United Kingdom’s National Crime Agency (NCA) few days ago for her exposure for ‘corruption and money-laundering’ involving the stealing of a staggering sum of $1.48billion funds belonging to Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) that she never accounted for during her tenure in office then as Nigeria’s minister of Petroleum; but allegedly stashed this fund into various bank accounts in France, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates (UAE) among others.
Few hours after this 66th President of OPEC was bundled out of her hideout in a penthouse in London in company of four other ‘fronts/hangers’-on’ by NCA with evidence bothering on stealing of Nigeria’s oil funds in various ways, even after been variously indicted by several legislative bodies in Nigeria.
Untold reports of her Arrest from Hideout in Penthouse, Detention experience revealed
Diezani had hid herself up in the penthouse of her exotic mansion in Edmund’s Terrace, Westminster city, London while four of her ‘fronts’ who doubled as ‘aides/body guards’ made her resist arrest, even after these aides were confronted by NCA that they had confirmed intelligence reports that this powerful-Nigerian woman was holed up in same mansion surrounded by highly trained British security agents. Barely, two hours after, the door to her penthouse gave in, these four ‘fronts’ were arrested, as visibly shaken Diezani broke down in tears and was apprehended.
Undercover investigation revealed that ‘her cup of kleptomania finally ran over’, as her movements of funds for bribes were tracked and traced to her which prompted her been rounded up by best of British anti-crime security operatives, code-named ‘International Corruption Unit’ under NCA.
‘Across member nations of OPEC, we are afraid she may go to jail’-Angolan OPEC informant
Even though her trial and bail conditions are to be looked into on Monday, October 5, 2015 in the British Magistrate Court, member nations of OPEC are greatly worried on the present prosecution, public disgrace, scrutiny and confidence-lost that Diezani has brought upon the apex oil institution.
According to a reliable source from Angola, who would not want his name mentioned since he was not officially permitted to speak expressed disappointment at the disgraceful conduct of Diezani on stealing Nigeria’s oil funds. He said: “Nigeria is blessed and very rich. Angola, as one of the member nations of OPEC is worried and so ashamed that Diezani Alison-Madueke, a woman we respect so much as an economist, oil expert and our President would be trading in the web of corruption. In government circles and across member nations of OPEC, this issue is on front burner. We are afraid she may go to jail.”
Panic Grips OPEC 12 Member Nations…Over Diezani’s Arrest
Our correspondent investigation from member nations of OPEC representing Algeria, Nigeria, Ecuador, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Venezuela showed similar trends of confidence-loss in leadership of Diezani as President of OPEC. There is palpable fear and apprehension among OPEC members that Diezani’s present prosecution will have adverse effect and negative toll on oil prices across the world, as tension and uncertainty now reigns in 3 major oil prices: United States Benchmark, West Texas Intermediate and Brent Global benchmark; with price-fluctuation in coming days, weeks due to loss of confidence in this ex-Nigeria’s oil minister leadership.
‘Diezani’s reaches out to ‘prophets’ in London, Nigeria, Ghana to avoid jail, lives on Hypertensive medication’-INVESTIGATION
Further investigation by our correspondent confirmed that this troubled woman whose net worth is put by Forbes magazine at least $3.2billion is alleged to currently be on hypertensive medication due to uncontrollable high-blood pressure (HBP) she is presently suffering from as a result of her global disgrace, threatened career and fear of jail that may eventually be in waiting for her at the end of the on-going international, well-coordinated trial Diezani is facing. Some of her close friends, family members has been rallying her so she may not enter ‘into-a-state-of depression’, and fear of heart-attack or cardiac arrest may not be ruled out of Diezani’s awry medical challenge. These close friends of hers, our correspondent gathered are presently reaching out to ‘prophets’ resident in London, Nigeria and Ghana to help Diezani seek divine intervention from God so she may not finally land in jail. These so-called are the supposed popular pastors in those countries mentioned believed to have divine solutions to every problems in the world.
