BY SHEANE CLEM/ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING REPORTER, MADRID
IT was a sad occurrence for the Davies last September 2012 at Majorca, Spain as their once-loving, united and happy family members were torn apart by the alleged, illegal activities of Spanish Government who often make some families suffer, encourages child abuse within their system of governance.
The Story as narrated by the Parents of these stolen kids
“In September of last year 2012, Tracy did some child care exams I managed to pass 8 so far. I have the certificates to prove that I did the exams and the certificate numbers. They are: Course Title C-0094 Responding to Challenging Infant Toddler Behavior, C-0003 Positive Guidance and Discipline; C-0054 Childhood Immunizations, C-0017 Fostering Children’s Self-Esteem, C-0195 Common Childhood Illnesses Part 1: Common Symptoms and Complications, C-0196 Common Childhood Illnesses Part 2: Respiratory Illnesses and Rashes; C-0197 Common Childhood Illnesses Part 3: Zoonotic and Other Illnesses, C-0009 The Value of Play for Preschool Children.”
It was later discovered by the Davies’ family that these children were allegedly secretly stolen by the Spanish Government, even after Tracy had met all the Social Welfare conditions, passed her children welfare test examination: Rhiannon Davies, date of birth 13/06/1995, Amelia Davies date of birth 27/08/1997, Paisley Davies date of birth 19/09/1998, Morgan Davies 24/12/2000 & Jamie Davies 03/12/2002.
The Davies’ family has not stopped crying ever since this bad omen hits their family circle.
Davies’ family experience in Norfolk, England Earlier in 1999
Tracy explained: “First, a little background: In 1999 we were living in Stowmarket in Suffolk. We had three girls, Rhiannon, Amelia and Paisley while expecting our fourth, who would turn out to be Morgan.
“There was an Irish family living nearby who, for reasons only known to themselves in a drunken and drugged frenzy attacked me one night after I complained that they had smashed my car window. To cut a long story short, we ended up being moved to a ramshackle house that nobody wanted because it was barely habitable in the Suffolk countryside. We were told that it was for a few weeks while they sorted something better for us.
“Six months later we were still there and with a new baby. I was driving over 100 miles a day working for a weekly newspaper just outside Great Yarmouth (but according to the local council that did not entitle us to a house there, even though I was born there and all my family live in the area).”
Naija Standard learnt that in the end Tracey’s mother found them a private rent in Great Yarmouth and they moved. Her words: “The three storey house was a bit of a mess, but we did the best we could. When the spare bedroom window fell out of its frame on Christmas day and the Shower room had a constant leak, along with the drains in the basement being constantly blocked. We complained to the landlady who refused to do anything. We decided to explore the possibility of a mortgage, we found a house and obtained a mortgage, but it could still take months before we could leave. In a desperate attempt to get our children out of the death trap of a house, and because the Council were not interested; we contacted Social Services to see if they would help us find safe accommodation for us all.
“They found safer accommodation for our children by stealing them, with the aid of the police, using the excuse that the house was dangerous; the reason we had gone to them in the first place had had an “assessment visit” a few weeks earlier by a woman, Julie Kenny, from the SS and she wrote a report. We only saw this report when we went to court to try and get our children back.
“I have written two novels and am currently working on two more, but I had never seen a work of fiction such as the report this woman had written to excuse her action of stealing the children. A few days before the visit, it had been our eldest daughter’s birthday. At that time she, like many other girls of her age, was a fan of the pop group ‘S Club 7’,
as such one of her presents was a year’s subscription to their fortnightly fan magazine and every issue would have a free gift on the cover (make up, jewelry etc.) So the first issue had a chest of drawers with compartments for the subsequent free gifts. Rhiannon was so happy with this that she showed it to everybody that came to visit.
Lies against the Davies Family
“In the report it was said that for her birthday we had bought her an empty box and told her that we would put something in it later. Other various lies included allegations that we had thrown dirty nappies everywhere; the only dirty nappy was the one I had just taken off Morgan when they knocked on the door. We had a dog and they accused us of having left dog mess everywhere, complete and utter lie. Of course all of this was after the fact and entered as evidence against us to justify their actions.
Abuse of Fundamental Human Rights by British Govt
Tracy laments: “They denied me access to my own phone so I could ring the children’s Grandparent who lived about 5 minutes away. When I told them we were moving to a new house that we were buying, I was called a liar. I offered the details of the solicitor who was handling the conveyance and they refused to even look at it.”
Tracy said she worked every night at one of the theatres in Great Yarmouth and “I worked all day in Norwich, yet they accused us of having no money and Tracey was not working, she was just ‘going out’ every night. It took us three months to get our children back. During which, Amelia had her birthday. We asked SS if we could have a party for her, since Tracy had arranged one in the supervised Children’s play area at her place of work where they hired out the entire play area with giant climbing frames and toys and
various play areas. We were told that the venue was “inappropriate for a children’s birthday party,” the embattled mother explained.
Regrettably, Tracy said “We had to make do with a room in a school that had been closed down. We provided all the refreshments for the children. We took presents and we saw Morgan for the first time in ten weeks in that time she had learned to walk, something that we will never regain; the sight of our daughters first steps. The report they wrote about the party stated that they had provided all the refreshments and presents.
“The children were returned to us three months after they were taken and we had moved into our new five bedroomed home. They insisted on a home visit first. As we had a cellar in the house, the door being under the stairs therefore being an easy door for the children to open when our backs were turned and possibly fall, so I had fitted a bolt to the top of the doorframe. The person conducting the visit accused me of fitting the lock so that we could shut the children in the cellar!! When the children were returned we had to suffer the indignity of having somebody come around to the house every day to make sure we could cope with taking the children to school etc by helping to get them ready. But, as she never turned up before ten O’clock in the morning, she never saw how we coped. When she was there she would have a cup of tea, ask if everything was alright, then leave.
Very constructive in defence, Naija Standard gathered “When we moved they bought us a new gas cooker as an apology for all they put us through; wasn’t that nice? They got the last laugh, however: After we made the decision to move to Mallorca. They told Social Services over here that we had run away with the children and six out of the eight years we have been here have been spent without our five children as they were taken from us over here.
