THEY are biological siblings from same parents in Nigeria. They are Nigerians from Otun local government area of Ekiti State. By dint of hardwork, they prove to the world that Ekiti state is indeed the fountain of knowledge in Nigeria.
Unassuming Seni Ajibade, Tola Ajibade and Femi Ajibade are full of smiles as their various midnight-oil, sleepless nights and sacrifice to become the best in America paid off, as their academic excellence and their GP were best in the entire set of graduating students.
The Ajibades were given a standing ovation for their academic brilliance, godly-virtues, calm demeanor and exceptional attitude by the lecturers and students as well.
All the way in Mercer University, Georgia, United States, the Ajibades have become heroes to African-Americans, Americans and Latino community. They have become inspiration to other students in Mercer University, and other neighbouring varsities. Seni, Tola and Femi have carried the torch of excellence to become the latest graduates of medicine at Mercer University, Georgia, USA.
For the records, Seni and Femi are twins, and Tola is their younger sister. The three of them distinguished themselves as outstanding students over the years starting from their days as secondary school students in Nigeria.
It is noteworthy that they graduated the same week in May 2016 during commencement of Howard University’s 148th Commencement convocation in Washington D.C., 43 out of 96 graduating Doctor of Pharmacy candidates were also Nigerians indigens with Nigerians taking more than half of the awards at the ceremony.
