His name is Ambassador Julius Aluebhosele, the Chief Executive Officer of Interflash Unique Limited and Chairman, Affluence Group of Companies.

In this rare Exclusive Interview with the EDITORIAL BOARD of NAIJA STANDARD NEWSPAPER Inc USA in North America, ‘Oba of Youths in Esanland’ delve into several issues regarding the streak of successes attained by his multinational companies, what inspires him to positively impact humanity, how he empowers the youths and many more:
*NAIJA STANDARD: what inspires you to positively impact humanity?
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: The lifestyle of my Late Mother inspires me to impact humanity in any way I can nothing is too little or too much, though she birthed two children she accommodated and raised 21 children as at then despite her low income as a nurse. For me, what is the essence of wealth if you cannot impact humanity.
*NAIJA STANDARD: As a visionary leading entrepreneur in the country can you take us into some of the projects your companies have already undertaken to empower the Nigerian youths?
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: We have successfully built an Agro-processing plant, bottled water producing factory, tissue processing factory, pharmaceutical outlets, educational learning facilities, Hospitality industries amongst others which has vehemently employed a lot of our youths across the country.
*NAIJA STANDARD: We heard there are some educational projects you have already put in place to help the students…
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: Through my NGO we have been giving out scholarships to students of all classes of education needed, we have also enrolled a lot of our young ones in WAEC and Jamb. We have put in place Educational Programs and learning centers for our young children and youths.
*NAIJA STANDARD: As the CEO of Interflash unique Limited, Affluence Foods & Nectar, Affluence Victoria Hotel, Chairman of Lizzle pharmacy amongst others how do you manage all these companies and yet standing shoulder high in contributing regularly to national development in Nigeria
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: I have been able to manage these companies effectively through an established proficient management team and a proper management system put in place for consistent quality in service delivery, as an entrepreneur ‘you should work on your business not in your business’ so with these in place I am able to actively participate in the national development in Nigeria.
*NAIJA STANDARD: Out of curiosity why are you called “Oba of Youths in ‘ESANLAND’?
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: I am called ‘Oba of Youths’ because of my numerous active contributions and involvement in different activities that has foster the development of the youths within and outside my state. Emphatically, only in Esan land I have been able to support the lives of over 1.5 million youths in education, employment, skills acquisition and other developmental opportunities.
*NAIJA STANDARD: In the international community, you are highly respected and seeing as an outstanding business leader in the global business sector, how do you think Edo state can be well positioned to attract Foreign Direct investments into the country?
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: In my opinion for Edo state to be well positioned for Foreign Direct Investments, we must first encourage local investors to succeed because this will attract foreign investors to come. The area of insecurity must be properly tackled, as to create a stable and safe environment as no one will want to invest in an unsafe environment where their investment may not be secure.
*NAIJA STANDARD: We gathered that you earlier launched a Juice factory and a Rice Mill Plant in Ekpoma, Edo state. What led into those Industrial development initiatives?
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: I discovered that the IGR of Edo central is the lowest in the state , secondly the youths of Edo central always go to Edo south to seek for job opportunities due to lack of industries so I decided to build a Juice factory and Rice mill in Esan land that will create 2,000 direct job opportunities and over 20,000 indirect jobs for Esan land and at the same time boost the IGR of Edo central to the state.
*NAIJA STANDARD: In the whole of Nigeria, you are being celebrated as one of the most prominent personalities of the All-Progressive Congress political party, what does leadership mean to you?
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: That is simple, to me leadership means service, positively influence individuals or groups to effectively achieve any task. I believe as a leader I should be a model of inspiration to others.
*NAIJA STANDARD: In January 2025, you sponsored 100 selected students from Edo Central Senatorial District for the West African Examination Council (WAEC) out of your magnanimity, what does doing good mean to you?
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: To me doing good means happiness, fulfillment, peace of mind and lifestyle. It gives me joy whenever I am able to solve problems for others, to see that children can have good education through my little contribution.
*NAIJA STANDARD: Can you take us through your typical work schedule throughout the week and weekends?
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: When I wake up each day I say words of prayers. After that, I put on my daily inspiration channels, then participate in some exercises. Afterwards prepare for the day, have my breakfast, go through my appointments and business activities. Then, I return home sometimes at early evenings if not fully engaged for the day, go to the gym and get back home freshen up listen to the news.
Thereafter, I read some books or listen to audio books and retire for the day. While on my weekends, I still work on some occasions, had to visit my factories, enjoy my leisure activities to help relax my mind and prepare for the week ahead.
*NAIJA STANDARD: Despite your ever busy activities, how do you unwind?
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: I sometimes hangout with friends at my lounge or some other places, spend time with my family and play tennis. Also, I like to drive round town to notice new businesses that could be of interest to me and enjoy a movie time once in a while.
*NAIJA STANDARD: Going by all your accomplishments, tight schedule daily, yet you are looking so young. What is the secret of your youthful look?
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: I take a lot of water, have good diet and regular exercise.
*NAIJA STANDARD: What is your message to Edo state natives Abroad and those in Diaspora on when to relocate back to Nigeria
*OBA Of YOUTHS ESANLAND: My message to them is simple: now is the best time to relocate back home in Nigeria as we have a listening governor who believes in Edo will develop Edo in industrialization. There are a lot of sectors they can invest in, such as, manufacturing, agriculture and agriculture processing. They can also invest directly with us at the Affluence foods and nectar in our industrial drive in Edo state where high returns on investments is assured (guaranteed).
