SULTANATE of Sokoto State, Prince Yusuf Suleiman, heir apparent to Sokoto Caliphate is a well endowed Nigerian politician, soft-spoken, so passionate about growth, development and rapid industrialization in Nigeria. For over 3 decades, he has played active role in the polity of Nigeria’s positive reformation and transformation. In view of his vast experience and several goodwill services to the nation, Hausa community in United States has trooped out to ‘anoint’ him as ‘Governor-in-waiting’ for 2015 Gubernatorial Election.
Being very visionary, focused and highly cerebral, as a first-class Harvard trained scholar, at different fora here in United States, Hausa community, particularly Sokoto State born citizens have fully endorse him as ‘most qualified, passionate and servant-leader’ to lead the people of Sokoto to ‘economic freedom’ and fast industrialization.
Suleiman, a strong member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is seen by these Hausa natives as the ‘anointed politician’ sent by the Creator to free the citizens from economic impoverishment, unemployment, insecurity and many other maladministration on-going in the present government in the state of the Caliphate.
