CIA Celebrates Iconic Investigator Leon Panetta…Unveils a Historic Portrait in his Honor

HE was CIA Director from February 2009 to June 2011, performed creditably, by leading the Agency to a higher pedestal, alongside managing the human intelligence further by opening source collection programs on Intelligence Community.
Bold, investigative, honest and great lover of hardwork, Panetta has written his name in the sands of time as an iconic investigator. The honor by CIA for his legacy would serve to keep his evergreen service to the nation, as a fearless and truthful leader.
CIA honors Panetta legacy
In a recent gathering, to unveil the portrait of Panetta, CIA Director John Brennan reportedly echoes lofty accomplishments of this great American. His words: “Panetta’s many achievements during his tenure at CIA, including the operation that killed the world’s most wanted terrorist.”
In addition, Director Brennan praised the work of the artist, Steven Polson, who also painted the agency’s official portraits of former directors George Tenet and General Michael Hayden.
