ACE American millionaire comedian, Bill Cosby, a most sought-after entertainer whose name is very familiar in most homes in United States and across the world, in view of his rib-cracking reality television shows has come out to flatly deny the sundry allegation running haywire on his alleged ‘sexual assault aptly termed rape’ by different ladies of shades and profession aiming to tarnish his hard-earned reputation. “I’m so baffled by this scandal”, Cosby said in his obvious reported denial.
According to Naija Standard observation, these ladies in question may be out not just to exploit financial gains from Cosby, but to gain prominence in the media and eventually aim at ruining his credibility. Cosby reacted after a long silence: “Ain’t seen nothing like this after 52 years in American entertainment industry in my entire career. I am not sure people will come to me to ask if these allegations were true. I am encouraging people to focus on my message, and not the person delivering it.”
Lambast his Critics
Naija Standard observed that Cosby tongue-lashes his critics by calling them hypocrites. His words: “I can tell you that my critics on this subject matter are all hypocrites. My point is, I am telling you where the road is out. I am telling you where you are driving, you going to go into water and it looks like it may only be three inches. But you and your car are going to go down. Now, you want to go here or you want to be concerned about who is giving you the message?”
Cosby’s legal team denies allegation
It is on record that Cosby’s legal team have issued a number of denials to contest the allegation by several ladies of the sexual assault, even as few other ladies still keep emerging claiming similar allegation. So far, over 30 ladies are claiming sexual assault. Truth is as constant as the sun.
