FOR a long time to come, on Saturday, October 10, 2026, American community within the Royal Events Center, located along 7905, Skillman Street, Suite 128, Dallas, Texas, United States would not forget in a hurry the unforgettable and memorable experiences they had with nostalgic appreciation at the recently concluded 8th Akile Festival Show, as Olalekan Olaleye, with the moniker ENUOPE, an award winning Nigerian international musician and tech professional resident in Texas ‘stole the show’ for the day by his scintillating performance which made the invited guests made for an encore.

The important arts, culture and entertainment hosted by His Royal Majesty, Oba Akile of Okun Ade, Akile of Texas, Yoruba Africa Kingdom of Texas had the visible of the pomp, pageantry and glamour of royalty from the outdoor of the event to inside the hall venue.
MC Aladin of Mommies Planet did not disappoint the large turn-out of Nigerian, American and Latino communities who were present to see African history in the making, as he engaged the crowd with rib-cracking jokes, while Dee Jay on wheel-of-steel blasts the turn-table non-stop till a curtain was drawn for the night.
Though the event started around 8:00pm, everyone present had enough to laugh about, eat, and drink after the charming presentation performance of ENUOPE to the crowd, and the two major highpoints of the night were when the audience asked this star artist for a repeated music play as he dished out his danceable hit tunes ‘Friendnimy and Todun Todun’ rendered in Yoruba language, as His Royal Majesty expresses appreciation to all the invitees present.

For just 10 minutes that ENUOPE performed, the Nigerian community in Dallas are still talking about the show till date.
The showmanship of Babatunde Anamatopia, another musician with his band, was also notable.
One would not forget the first and second elegant, high-panache, golden royal entry of the King into the ceremony, as almost everyone was in a ‘freeze’ position, trying to catch a good glance of him, the regalia, style of his artistic cultural presentation. The crowd were not disappointed at all.
