LATEST reports reaching us from the Headquarters of Access Bank Plc in Lagos indicates that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) stormed the financial institution few hours ago, while fiercely-looking gun carrying security operatives arrested, handcuffed and whisked away jittery Herbert Wigue, the Managing Director over his complicity involving the sum of $115Million stolen by Diezani Alison Madueke.
Sketchy information reaching us showed that the embattled boss of Access Bank Plc is currently being quizzed by the EFCC in Lagos in addition to other shady oil transactions involving him and Angela Omokore (Nee Ebagua), a former Executive Director with the bank.
Troubled-looking Wigue is expected to spend the weekend in EFCC cell as he is cooperating fully with the officers of the Anti-graft agency to narrate all he knows about the deal.
