BY LAWSON STEPHEN/SPECIAL CRIME CORRESPONDENT, NEW YORK, YVONNE DOBLA, REPORTER, LIBERIA & LUKMAN MOH’MED, REPORTER, NORTHERN NIGERIA
AT last, the invincibility behind the terror action of Nigeria’s most dangerous terrorists’ group, Boko Haram under the ‘Satanic control’ of Abubakar Shehu, the declared wanted Africa’s terror leader in Nigeria with a bounty of $7M on his head by United States Government may soon come crashing as our 6 months intensive investigation across Africa have released the face of the ‘herbalist’ otherwise translated ‘Witch Doctor’ who allegedly provides ‘spiritual protection and fetish power’ to the blood-thirsty Islamic Sect causing terrorism in Nigeria with a view to evade arrest.
Our Investigation in Africa
Naija Standard undercover investigation which took our reporters to Yaoundé, where we found a very unassuming, local herbalist named Narcisse Pierre, unknown to the security agencies in Cameroon is allegedly the face behind the fetish ‘fortification’ of Nigeria’s dreaded Boko Haram Islamic sect.
Although, he would not want any interview done, but when one of our reporters pretended to an aide of this notorious herbalist on verifying his source of ‘fetish strength’, the aide, a man in his early 40s (names withheld) who was handed out a crisp of $200 for information, squealed that his master-the herbalist and ‘powerful witch doctor’ have been “the strongest witch doctor that is continually giving spiritual power to Nigerians Boko Haram boys who come there to obtain power against arrest, after causing devastation, especially terror activities in North-East Nigeria.
This aide stated further, “Boko Haram members always open up to our master on various plans to cause pains, tears and lawlessness in Nigeria. It is only when our master instructs them to go ahead assuring them that they will succeed in their attacks that he immediately receives his fee of $ 10,000. And when they truly embark on this mission, they call our master on phone after the attack in Nigerian and we also see the destruction on television.”
Our reporters were shaken as a result of this revelation. This herbalist is a Bagyeli clan, a community truly known in Yaoundé for been the best in alternative medicine practice. Pierre stays in the suburbs apartment of Yaoundé with cowrie shells everywhere on the floor, ‘voodoo and African Juju’ tied around his waist always. He kept reciting incantations quietly. We observed that some stern looking men were inhaling the smoke from some unknown plant material and reciting ‘unheard, unknown words’ to themselves in Pierre inner room. We discovered his house was allegedly a hide out for the Boko Haram fetish power acquisition.
Secret Haven of Terror Sect in Liberia after Terrorism
Naija Standard investigation showed that Boko Haram sect in Nigeria immediately relocate to Liberia whenever the group allegedly uses cell phones to detonate locally made bombs manufactured by some elderly Borno State bomb experts in Maiduguri. It was gathered that these half-literate bomb manufacturers place timers and periodicity of blast on these bombs that they often place in their various ‘points of target’ a minimum of 16 hours before explosion occurs in North East Nigeria.
Due to the on-going offensive onslaught on Boko Haram and their allies, these elderly ‘dishonorable’ bomb manufacturers in Borno State have now gone under, waiting for the coast to clear before they could continue in their ‘deadly bomb making.’
‘Liberia, hideout for Boko Haram’-Frank, Director, Elite Security Services, Monrovia
Frank Nyekan, Director designate of the elite security guard, the Executive Protection Service (EPS) corroborated our position when he reportedly said “Terrorism is spreading now. Nobody needs to tell you that Boko-Haram is next door in Nigeria. Some are using Liberia as a sleep-out where they come and sleep when they do their thing. They come as Nigerian businessmen to sleep after a period of time; they lost and returned to Nigeria. They commit the act, when they are being searched for, they run to Liberia. From Liberia to Nigeria is not far. You have to look at it critically because the election is coming; you need protection here and at home. There is a need for some kind of legislation that will protect Legislators.”
Secrets why Islamic Sect Counters Nigeria’s Security Agencies
Naija Standard learnt that every meeting converged by Nigeria’s president, Good luck Jonathan with the nation’s security agencies on proactive measures to extinct the violent activities of these Boko Haram and put to an end were at different times being ‘leaked’ to Boko Haram members by some saboteurs who were allegedly settled for ‘salient information’ and plans by Jonathan to deal with them.
Upon hearing this from intelligence reports, Aso Rock allegedly ordered a counter-offensive plan to stop these blood-sucking terrorists, being what the soldiers are presently doing across Nigeria.
Int’l Community expresses apprehension over 2015 Elections
Members of the International Community, Naija Standard gathered have at various function expressed fear, panic and apprehension over the continued threat of Boko Haram activities in North East Nigeria, which may alter the ‘credibility, success and free/fairness’ of the 2015 Elections.
